Shipping & Returns
For domestic (U.S.) orders: Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The shipping times featured during the checkout process are estimates provided by the carrier of how long the order will take to arrive once it has been processed and shipped out. We cannot guarantee these estimates to be accurate, as delays across all carriers are common at this time.
All shipping costs are the amounts paid entirely and directly to the carrier. They are provided to us by the carrier based on the shipping level and size of the package.
For international orders: Any import duties or charges are the responsibility of the customer, and are not factored into the order amount. Shipping times may vary depending upon region.

Returns & Refunds
To initiate a return, please send our customer support team an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Return Request” and we’ll send you an address to send the products back to.
We offer a 30-day return window on all orders. To initiate a return, please send our customer support team an email within 30 days of receiving your package email@example.com with the subject “Return Request,” and we’ll send you an address to send the products back to.
Deep will not provide refunds for any orders shipped to the incorrect shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to make certain that the shipping address is correct before submitting their order.
- You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

- Product must be returned to receive a refund
- Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued
